Frequently Asked Questions....
Q: What is a Poker Run?
A: Well, for starters, it's a great excuse to ride your motorcycle and help charities at the same time!
In the classic game of poker, each player is dealt five cards. The person with the best hand wins. Couple this with a motorcycle ride and you have a genuine Poker Run!
When you check in at the HONOUR RIDE event, you will receive your route map, a score sheet and your FIRST Poker Card draw. Along the route, you will stop at the Poker Stop Checkpoints to select another card and meet our enthusiastic volunteers. Your cards will be marked on your score sheet. When you return to the event site, you will select your final card. Your five cards will determine YOUR POKER HAND.
There are prizes for the Poker Run so make sure you are present at the event site for the announcements of PRIZE WINNERS!
Q: Can I register on the day of the event?
A: Yes. Registration fee on the day of event is $35 per person.
However, by registering online in advance, you will help us determine how many we can expect in attendance which gives us needed information such as the number of volunteers required, the number of great stuff for swag bags and how much food we will need for the BBQ!
To THANK YOU for registering online in advance, you will
be entered into an exclusive ONLINE REGISTRATION draw prize!
Q: What does my registration fee include?
A: Your registration fee includes a mouth-watering BBQ, 1 entry into doorprizes, priceless fun at each Poker Stop and the wonderful feeling that comes with helping awesome charities!
